Agreement to Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions governing our SMS messaging program powered by Twilio. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not opt in to our SMS program.

These terms apply to all text messages sent through our Twilio-powered short code, long code, or toll-free number.

SMS Program Description

Our SMS program may be used to deliver the following types of messages:

• Transactional notifications (order updates, appointment reminders, confirmations)
• Customer support responses and service alerts
• Account security notifications and two-factor authentication codes
• Promotional offers and marketing messages (with explicit opt-in consent)
• Surveys, feedback requests, and informational updates

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive text messages from us at the number provided. You represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to agree to receive SMS messages at that number
• You have not misrepresented any information provided during opt-in

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or opt in again through our website or application.

Costs & Carrier Terms

We do not charge for SMS messages sent through our program. However, your mobile carrier may charge standard message and data rates for sending and receiving text messages. These charges are your responsibility and vary by carrier and plan.

We are not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.

Our SMS service may not be available on all carriers or all mobile devices. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network coverage and availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our SMS service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or chain messages
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any unlawful, harassing, abusive, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt Twilio's network infrastructure
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension of your access to our SMS program without notice.

Twilio Platform Terms

Our SMS service is built on Twilio's communications platform. Your use of our SMS program is also subject to Twilio's Acceptable Use Policy and applicable CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.

Twilio may suspend or terminate delivery of messages at any time if they determine that messages violate their policies or applicable law. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program if required by Twilio or regulatory changes.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Our SMS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay, interruption, or error. SMS delivery is subject to network availability and carrier routing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our SMS service, including losses arising from message delays or non-delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via SMS or through our website prior to the changes taking effect.
